Educational Seminars
Education plays a crucial role in empowering individuals with knowledge about their legal rights - you can only ensure that your rights are protected if you know what they are! Through education, individuals learn not only the specifics of their rights under the law but also develop the critical thinking skills necessary to understand and apply these rights in various situations.
The Greater Houston Fair Housing Center provides educational materials in a variety of languages as well as in-person and virtual trainings in Spanish and English. We offer free presentations year-round on Fair Housing and they can be tailored to the needs of your group or organization. Presentations include time for Q&A and can be a brief part of your regularly scheduled staff meeting or they can be more in-depth to address questions and concerns that are unique to your organization.
Presentations are not exclusive to organizations - we also provide Fair Housing education to individuals. Please contact us for more information via email.
